The Nash House Museum

While upgrades to things such as plumbing and electric have been made, this historic house remains mostly intact from originally being built for the Slattery family, who took residence in 1878.

In 1885 William Henry Nash purchased the home. Nash worked for the railroad and lived at the home with his wife, Emiline and their five children.

Nash died after an icicle fell from a water tank stabbing him in the chest. His funeral took place in the parlor of the Nash House.

According to the website, the Nash House is furnished with period pieces and accessories donated to the Historical Society by Delaware County families.
