DELAWARE — The League of Women Voters of Ohio brings its “Your Voice, Your Vote, Your Power” Airstream tour to Delaware on Friday, Sept. 4.
The statewide voter registration tour uses a 20-foot Caravel Airstream trailer to connect with new and first-time voters, provide nonpartisan election information and help eligible Ohioans register to vote ahead of the fall election.
The tour will head downtown for Main Street Delaware’s First Friday event, where it will be stationed at 1 S. Sandusky St. from 6 to 9 p.m.
Visitors can expect music, snacks, prizes and interactive voter engagement activities in addition to voter registration and election information.
The League of Women Voters of Ohio said the tour is intended to make civic engagement more approachable and accessible, particularly for young voters who may be unfamiliar with registration deadlines or voting rules.
The “Your Voice, Your Vote, Your Power” tour began Aug. 18 in Columbus and will continue through Oct. 5, the final day to register to vote in Ohio’s 2026 general election.
This is the third year for the League of Women Voters of Ohio’s Airstream tour. Nearly 40 colleges and universities across the state are scheduled to participate this year.
The League of Women Voters of Ohio is a nonpartisan, grassroots organization focused on voter education and participation in government.
