COLUMBUS — Delaware County track & field athletes did not disappoint at the 2026 OHSAA State Track & Field Tournament.
Whether it was a state champion or a top-eight podium finisher, every single high school in Delaware County had at least one athlete take home a medal, a truly remarkable accomplishment.

- Ricky Tonelli-Floyd, Orange: 4th in the boys 100-meter (10.74)
- Brooke Chapman, Orange: 7th in the girls 1,600-meter (4:58.82)
- Orange girls placed 8th in the 4×100 relay (48.04)
- Samantha Schomer, Delaware Hayes: 6th in the girls 400-meter (56.06)
- Evan Plymale, Olentangy: 8th in the boys 300-meter hurdles (38.48)
- Joaquin Love, Olentangy: 3rd in the boys 200-meter (21.69)
- Brody Maslouski, Olentangy: 4th in the boys 200-meter (21.82)
- Orange girls placed 5th in the 4×400 relay (3:52.89)
- Olentangy boys placed 2nd in the 4×400 relay (3:17.03)
- Orange boys placed 8th in the 4×400 relay (3:20.53)
- Cooper Ailes, Berlin: 4th in boys long jump (22-09.25)
- Carter Sullivan, Liberty: 6th in boys long jump (22-05.25)
- Joaquin Love, Olentangy: 8th in boys long jump (22-00.75)
