POWELL — Powell residents took to downtown Friday and Saturday to celebrate the city with music, games and fireworks at Powell Fest.

Vertical Horizon headlined Saturday night ahead of the fireworks show, with Stadium 11 and Full Moon Fever playing the daytime shows.
