KEMBA Financial Credit Union is continuing the celebration of its new Delaware branch with a free Homebuyer Workshop designed to equip residents with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the residential property market. The interactive seminar takes place on Wednesday, November 4, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM at Delaware COhatch, located at 18 E. William Street in Delaware.

Whether you’re buying your first home or returning to the market after some time, understanding the complexities of real estate can feel overwhelming. A team of mortgage professionals will guide attendees through key stages of the homebuying process, covering essential topics such as evaluating the financial benefits of owning versus renting, calculating total affordability, preparing credit and finances, and mastering the mortgage approval journey.

To provide specialized local insights, the seminar will feature Central Ohio Realtor and listing expert Miranda Lytle as a guest speaker. Lytle will share practical tips on local market conditions and what buyers should expect when searching for a home in the area.

In addition to actionable guidance and a dedicated Q&A segment, the event offers networking and perks for participants. Complimentary refreshments will be provided during the session. All in-person attendees will be entered into a drawing to win a $50 gift card, and everyone who registers for the workshop will be entered into a separate drawing for tickets to an upcoming concert at KEMBA Live!

Seating for the workshop is limited, and advance registration is required by Monday, November 2. Interested attendees can RSVP online by visiting kemba.org/mortgageseminar.
