DELAWARE — Downtown Delaware turned red, white and blue Sunday, Nov. 1, as the annual Delaware Veterans Parade brought the community together to honor the men and women who have served in the U.S. military.

This year’s parade reached capacity with more than 200 units and approximately 1,900 participants, filling the streets with a patriotic celebration of veterans, active-duty service members and military families.

Organizers describe the event as the largest veterans parade in Ohio, featuring a Veterans Social and Expo at the Delaware County Fairgrounds earlier in the day.

Delaware Source was there to capture the celebration. Take a look through our photo gallery to see the sights from this year’s parade.
